I've done a bit of reorganisation on the Wiki so that old page content
gets listed under useful sections in the new wiki.

Most of the content discussed recently has been *copied* to
BalloonDevelopment and references to menuconfig2 as a branch have been
smoothed out to trunk. References to old packages like emdebian-tools
have been removed.

Lots more to do, but the best way to do this is to always start at the
FrontPage and use the section headings there.

Lots of old content from the old wiki pages need to be copied over and
updated still.

The basic model is http://wiki.debian.org/

Shortcuts and tweaks which work on the Debian wiki should also work for
us. (Edit the relevant Debian wiki page to see the code, cancel the
edit and put the code into the Balloon wiki page.)
