please remove this sort of bullshit CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE when posting
to public mailing lists .
Since you are legally (ha , ha) forbidding anyone to read it you are not
likely to get much help.
In any case this is legal garbage and will not protect your company from
anything.
This notice is the electronic equivalent of sending a post card across
the world with a note on the bottom forbidding anyone but the recipient
to read it.
It is absolute nonsense and totally ineffective.
If you think this some how makes you look all business like and serious
it fails badly. It makes you look ridiculous and shows that you have no
confidence in your capability to send emails to the right place and to
keep your (and your customers) information safe.
If you do have confidential information DO NOT send it via a completely
insecure public network in an open format like unencoded email.
