Hi Patrick,

This company has been set up to distribute the BalloonBoard: www.iendian.com
Both CPLD and FPGA variants are available.
We do not have a USA distributor, but is very easy to move a box from here
to there (and back again if/when the board smells funny).
There is a knowledgeable support-group this end (some attached to Cambridge
University).
While we are not gEDA supporters, our aims are broadly similar (OSHW). I had
a quick whizz around your website: www.seul.org
